In 2021, Reuben’s partnered with Metier Brewing to launch the Mosaic State Brewers Collective (MSBC), a mentorship program designed to inspire and empower underrepresented people to build careers in the beer industry. With a curriculum that includes networking, hands-on-experience, and a six-week management course, the goal is to help develop future leaders in the brewing industry who are reflective of the nation’s diversity.
